There isn’t one, because I currently do not allow comments on my posts, and do not plan to for the foreseeable future.
Why? Simple answer: I’m tired of being harassed.
I’ve been called bitch, nutbag, stupid, fat cunt, and a host of other things via the comments section. I’ve also had a lot of really nice comments, but the level of harassment has led to me dreading checking my notifications on WordPress. Sometimes I even ask friends to look for me and let me know what it says so I can be prepared.
So I’m done. This is my blog. It is not a place where you get to harass me. If you have a problem with what I write, you are welcome to start your own blog and talk about it there. You are not welcome to comment here nor contact me in any way just to harass me and call me names.
For myself, I do not have the time nor energy to moderate harassment in my own online space. So instead I’m turning off comments and spending all that saved time and energy writing my books, catching up on my reading, and spending time with Mr. Katje.
Seems like a much better way to spend my time anyway.
